• Students must register through the LMS platform and pay the applicable non-refundable registration fee.
• Submission of false information during registration will result in disqualification.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, study material, and assessments provided on this site are the intellectual property of New Horizon Foundation and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to act with integrity. Any form of cheating, impersonation, or misuse of the platform will lead to disqualification.

5. Changes to the Terms

New Horizon Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on this page and will take effect immediately.

2. Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees

All registration fees paid for the National Law Olympiad are non-refundable. Once a student completes the payment and confirms registration, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Event Cancellations

In the rare event that the Olympiad is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.

3. Disqualification or Withdrawal

If a student is disqualified or voluntarily withdraws after registration, no refund will be issued.

4. Technical Issues

In the case of payment-related issues such as double charges or failed transactions, please contact us at ho@nationallawolympiad.com within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
